Duties include, but are not limited to:
-properly setting tables with appropriate flatware, glassware, china, etc.
, pertaining to type of affair -maintaining clean and presentable ballroom -setting and attending food stations -order taking and serving multiple courses -anticipating guests' needs and promptly serving, maintaining, and clearing tables -interacting with guests courteously and professionally -adhering to uniform policies/guidelines to enhance ambiance and guest experience -cleaning and resetting ballrooms and back of house wait stations -reporting to, and effectively communicating with banquet captain and management Scheduling varies based on frequency of events.
Primarily nights and weekends.

Foodservice, hospitality, or customer experience preferred.
